Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 with double bed, built in wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside cabinets and wall mounted freeview TV/DVD unit, clock/radio. Bedroom 2 with double bed chest of drawers and hanging rail shelf unit, clock/radio. Bedroom 3 with 1 single bed, bedside table and lamps, hanging rail, cot available if required (Boiler in this room in cupboard, fixed window for safety and also condenser type tumble drier).

Bathrooms: Bathroom with bath and mira shower, wc and hand basin.

Kitchen: Rear stable door, breakfast bar with 4 stools, electric cooker, gas hob, extractor hood, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, slow cooker, toaster and very well equipped with utensils, crockery and glasses.

Living Rooms: Lounge with dining area with two leather sofas, two storage type seats, large flat screen TV with sat freeview, separate DVD player, coffee table, side table, feature electric fire, dining table and six chairs. Bookcase with a selection of boardgames, dvds, books, etc, wooden blinds to all windows.

Amenities/Facilities/Other: Gas hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, slow cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, condenser type tumble drier, iron/ironing board, satellite TV, internet access, central heating, cot, high chair, hairdryer, hall with under-stairs storage with vac, cleaning materials, iron and ironing board, barbecue, outside table and chairs and offroad parking for 2 cars.

Cleaning/towels/linen/: Add £40 cleaning fee to rental costs. There is a vac, brushes, mop etc. for your use during your stay. All towels, bedlinen, and kitchen towels supplied at no additional charge. (Changed weekly for longer rentals)

Suitability: Children welcome and a well behaved pet is accepted, please add £20 pet fee to rental costs.
